We share infrastructure with other customers. This policy exists to protect everyone: you, the others and the platform.
1. Prohibited uses
You may not use our services, directly or indirectly, to:
- Host, distribute or transmit malware, ransomware, spyware or any malicious code.
- Carry out or facilitate network attacks, port scans, denial-of-service (DDoS) or brute-force attacks against any system.
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or run spam infrastructure.
- Host phishing pages or fraudulent sites, or impersonate third parties.
- Store, distribute or transmit child sexual abuse material or any content that is illegal under applicable law.
- Mine cryptocurrency (proof of work) on web or WordPress hosting plans.
- Circumvent access controls, exploit vulnerabilities or gain unauthorized access to any system or network.
- Infringe intellectual property rights, including software or copyrighted content piracy.
- Operate services or content that facilitate illegal gambling, illegal weapons trade or narcotics distribution.
- Violate any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
2. Consequences
A breach may lead to immediate suspension or termination of the service, without a refund, at our discretion. We may cooperate with authorities and disclose customer information when the law requires.
